About the PACIFIC VIOLENCE PREVENTION INSTITUTE
Located
in Bellingham, WA, the Pacific Violence Prevention Institute
was originally founded in 2001 as the Northwest Center for
Violence Prevention Training. In 2007 the NWCVPT was
reorganized as a nonprofit organization and through generous
donations and grant funding is able to provide services free
of charge to organizations and individuals in need.
The PVPI uses proprietary violence prevention and prejudice reduction models that have been shown to be highly effective in creating safer schools and other organizations.
